How do I check the progress of an order?
We will send information on the progress of your order to the email address you provided to us. In addition, upon logging into your account you will have access to all the information concerning your current and past orders: status, content, personal information etc.
How long does delivery usually take?
Immediately after placing your order you will receive an email containing your order details and a link you must click to confirm your order. Immediately after we obtain this confirmation we will begin processing you order. Updated information on the status of your order will be sent to your email address on a regular basis.

What is My Wish List?
Interested in a product that you don’t want to by right away? By selecting to add the product to My Wish List, the item will be stored to for you to view or purchase at a later date. You can easily add and remove items from your Wish List at any time. Only logged-in customers can access this feature.
Can I add/remove items from my order?
Yes, but you can only modify your order online up until the point of its completion. Upon receiving your email and confirming your order, modification will no longer be possible. I made an incorrect order. How can I cancel?

Where is my order?
By selecting delivery by the courier you will receive and email containing a tracking number and a link to a page where you can track the progress of your package. This link is also visible to registered customers of the shop, by clicking ‘view your order details’ under the ‘Shipping’ option.
Do products have a warranty?
Yes, the products available in our store have a warranty from the manufacturer. Information about the length of the warranty can be found on the description of the product, as well as the manufacturer’s websites. It is important to keep proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and the original packaging throughout the warranty period. This is the basis for any claim.
I have a problem with the ordered product. What now?
Before accepting a package, make sure that has not been damaged in transit. If the packaging carries visible external damage, we recommend you refuse delivery, then contact our customer service team: firstname.lastname@example.org

Can I return the product purchased?
Yes, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order, you can return your online store purchases for any reason in line with the Distance Selling regulations. This product cannot have any carry signs of use, nor can it show any signs of damage. Items must be in the original packaging with its entire contents.
Can I receive a VAT invoice?
Yes, for purchased products in our store you can receive a VAT invoice. During the order process and when filling out our details, select the "Company" option and enter the invoice data. Information on willingness to receive an invoice is included in the Notes (see "Additional Information"). If the shipping address is different than the address for the invoice, click the "a different shipping address" option and enter the address to which the invoice should be sent.
The VAT invoice date is the date of shipment of your order. You cannot change the date.
