Maxbitt uses the:
1. Free delivery. ( Delivery time - economic shipping )
2. DPD courier service ( Delivery time for all shipments between 1 to 2 working days . )
3. Fastway courier service ( Delivery time for all shipments between 1 to 3 working days . )

The rates below are an indication of the charges that apply with this method of delivery.
The total cost of delivery of your order will be summarized according to what method of delivery you choose and will be available for you to see when you add products to your basket.
Returns Policy
Before accepting a package, always check that has not been damaged in transit. If the package has visible external damage, we recommend you refuse delivery, then contact our customer service team at: +353 057 9333331 or by email maxbitt@maxbitt.ie
Faulty Product
If you receive goods that are faulty or incomplete on arrival you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item. The good should be returned to us in line with our returns instructions. If the goods are less than 14 days old you have the option of a refund or direct replacement.
If the goods are over 14 days old we will test the product for the fault. If the faulty is verified we will:
1. Try to repair the item
2. If we are unable to repair we will replace with a working item of the same specifications.
3. If we are unable to replace we will issue a refund to the method of payment you used in your original payment for your order, in line with our refund policy.
If the goods you have returned are not found faulty by our specialists, the goods will be returned to you at your cost.
Products Dead On Arrival
In the event of you receiving goods that do not work upon arrival with you, you must notify us within 7 days. The good should be returned to us in line with our returns instructions.
If a fault is verified upon the return of the product we will:
1. Replace with the same item
Or
2. Refund in line with our refund policy
If the goods you have returned are not found faulty by out trained technicians the goods will be returned to you at your cost.
Products Damaged On Arrival
In the unlikely event of you receiving a damaged product you should notify us via email within 7 days.
The good should be returned to us in line with our returns instructions.
If the fault/damage is verified we will proceed as with a product that arrives dead on arrival (described above).
If the goods you have returned are not found faulty by out trained technicians the goods will be returned to you at your cost.
Wrong Item Delivered
If, by mistake we supply you with the incorrect item you must notify us within 7 days. The good should be returned to us in line with our returns instructions.
Once we have received the goods back at our premises and confirm that it is in fact an incorrect item we will:
1. Replace with the correct item
2. Refund in line with our refund policy
If the goods you have returned are not found faulty by our trained technicians the goods will be returned to you at your cost.
Item not Required
If you wish to return and unwanted product in line with The Distance Selling Regulation you must notify us via email within 7 days
The goods should be returned to us in line with our returns instructions.
You will be responsible for returning the goods to Maxbitt at your own cost. You will be credited for the goods within 30 days of notifying Maxbitt of the cancellation using the same method of payment in which you originally placed your order.
You cannot cancel a contract for computer software which has been unsealed by you or for consumable goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned, except where a fault has been discovered that could not have been identified without unsealing the goods.
Extra Items Delivered
If, by mistake we supply you with extra items you must notify us immediately. Goods should be returned to us in line with the returns instructions.
If you do not adhere to this procedure and are found to be in possession of goods that you have not paid for, you will be charged for the goods.
Returns Instructions
If your purchased product meets any of the criteria above for making a return, returns should be sent to:

Returns should include a detailed written description of the reason for the return of the item, the form of compensation you wish to receive, as well as the return address and account number to which the money (if that is the desired method of compensation) will be refunded (depending on the decision taken by the shop ). Shipping is at your cost. If paying by credit card refund will be made on the card.
Within 3 days of the receipt of the returned goods an assessment of the items will be carried out by our trained technicians. This assessment will take into account the functionality of the items, if any damaged has occurred to the item, and if the item has been returned intact and in its original packaging.
We will inform you via email or telephone of the outcome of your returns application within 14 days of receipt of the item.
If the reason for the return of the item falls within the parameters of a successful return (listed above), we will endeavor to resolve the issue within 7 working days from the date of the decision. This resolution will take the form of repairing your item, replacing your item or a refund (as explained above)
If the return is found to be unjustified, we will give you detailed reasons for its decision and, within 14 working days your product will be sent back at our cost.

Return of products
Under the Distance Selling regulations, you are entitled to return any item(s) within 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the distance selling contract, without giving reasons in the withdrawal. This only applies to consumer sales, and therefore applies only to the sale to an individual who is purchasing for purposes unrelated to the activities of a trade or profession.
The returned product must not have any signs of use or wear and should be returned fully intact in its original packaging. Failure to do so will result in the package not being accepted by Maxbitt and the cost of the item will be incurred by the customer.
